1. Create the order
Enter the exact Minecraft username and the email that will be used at Stripe Checkout. Bedrock usernames must include the leading dot shown in-game. The server creates a unique order and sends the customer to Stripe’s hosted payment page.
2. Make the payment
Pay CA$6.99 CAD through the Stripe-hosted Checkout page. Stripe may offer card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other eligible methods depending on the customer and device. A customer outside Canada may have the charge converted by their bank.
3. Secure verification
JupiterSMP accepts payment only after Stripe sends a correctly signed server-to-server confirmation matching the exact amount, currency, product, order, and Minecraft username. A browser success page alone cannot grant a rank.
4. In-game delivery
After confirmation, rank delivery is queued securely to the JupiterSMP server. Delivery is normally completed within minutes when the server bridge is online, but allow up to 48 hours for manual review, outages, or an incorrect username. Star lasts 30 days beginning when it is added.
If delivery is delayed
Use the private order chat or open a ticket in the JupiterSMP Discord. Provide the order reference and Minecraft username. Do not send another payment for the same pending order.
