Unpaid orders
You can cancel an order from its private order page at any time before an owner confirms payment. Cancelling an unpaid order does not move or refund money because no payment has been verified.
When we will correct or refund an order
Contact us if you were charged twice, received the rank on the wrong account because of our error, paid the wrong amount, or did not receive the purchased rank. We will investigate the Stripe transaction and order reference, then correct delivery or issue an appropriate refund.
Change-of-mind requests
Ask before the rank is delivered whenever possible. Once Star has been correctly delivered and its 30-day period has started, a change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed because the digital service is already active. Refunds are also not normally provided for inactivity, loss of account access, or a valid server punishment.
How to request help
Open a private ticket in the JupiterSMP Discord. Include your Minecraft username, payment date, and Stripe receipt or transaction ID. Never send a password, full card number, bank details, or payment-account login information. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that apply where you live. If local law requires a refund or another remedy, that law takes priority.
